1. Plug in and turn on the lamp by pushing any timer button.
2. Select desired timer and place the hand inside to activate the auto-sensor: Evolution offers 30, 60, 90 seconds at 100% power and 120 seconds low-heat; Infusion offers 10, 30, 60 seconds and a 90-second low-heat option.
3. Remove hands when the timer ends.
